Abstract

Digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies are reshaping the operations, decision-making processes, and management approaches of contemporary organizations. This book examines these transformations from a Management Information Systems perspective, adopting an interdisciplinary approach to their technological, organizational, managerial, and human dimensions. The chapters comprehensively address AI-driven organizational change, human–AI collaboration, generative AI in innovation management, big data architectures, cybersecurity in cloud computing, digital twin technologies, prompt engineering in knowledge management, programmatic advertising, technological innovativeness, and digitalization in public administration. Integrating theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and conceptual models, the book explores how technological capabilities are transformed into organizational value. By providing a holistic examination of the opportunities and managerial challenges of the digital age, this volume serves as a comprehensive academic resource for researchers, scholars, students, and practitioners.
